One page for photo filters, and easier photo changes
- Black and white, sepia and invert are now one Photo Filters page; the old addresses lead there.
- "Change photo" next to Auto-fit and Create on the DV and passport photo pages, so a different photo never needs a scroll back up.
- "Replace" on each photo in the batch tools swaps it for another one in the same place.
- On common laptop and desktop screens, the upload box is on the first screen of every tool.
- Every guide now names its author and shows screenshots of the tool it covers.
- The About page says who runs Picsawa and why it was built.

Faster pages, steadier batches
- AI models download only when a tool needs them, so pages open faster.
- Large batches of photos are processed one at a time, so phones no longer run out of memory.
