Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- The tool you were using (for example "Compress Image to KB")
- Your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone")
- The error message, if one was shown
- The image's format and approximate size
Please don't send private photos. Because your images never leave your device, we only need them if a specific file can't be processed and you are comfortable sharing it.
