About the Join Images tool
With “same height” on, photos are scaled so their edges line up perfectly; no photo is enlarged beyond its original size. Turn it off to keep each photo at its own size, centered on the background color.
Very large results are scaled down to a maximum of 8000 pixels on the long side so they stay easy to share and open.
Frequently asked questions
How many images can I join?
Up to 50. Long rows are scaled down automatically if they would exceed 8000 pixels.
Can I change the order?
Yes. Use the arrow buttons next to each photo to move it earlier or later.
Will the quality drop?
Photos are only scaled down when needed to match sizes. Choose PNG for a lossless result or JPG for a smaller file.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Joining happens on your device.
